What is career oportunities of mcse,ccna in india after Diploma in electronics(polytechnic)?

I am a Diploma holder in electronics engg. , i am planning to do MCSE,CCNA , if anybody have good idea about these tell me about these courses,now i am 25 years and working in electronics field ,is Graduation mandatory with these courses , Because my passion is to become IT professional,
