How can I get a job as a network engineer if I have my CCNA but no experience?

How do you get an entry level network engineer job? I find it extremely difficult to find work even with a CCNA certificate. Are there any companies that take in individuals as junior network engineers or interns?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
